Willkommen!

The Boylston Schul-Verein (BSV) is the largest German-American club in the greater Boston area. We are located in Walpole, Massachusetts. We are celebrating our 138th year in 2012. The club is the center of German-American social, cultural, and educational activities in the Boston area.

This site provides general club information such as our long and proud history, club groups and benefits, and how to become a member as well as event information and announcements.

Herrenabend - May 18th

Join us for our monthly Herrenabend in the Rathskeller.

Chef Werner and his team will prepare some delicious food, weather permitting we might also have seating available outside! It's steak night!!!

NEW DATE: Herrenabend in June on the 8th!!!

The monthly Herrenabend in June will be held on the 8th of June instead of the 15th.

We moved Herrenabend due to the Beerfest, which will be on the 16th and 17th of June. Join us on the 8th for a fun night in the Rathskeller, food will be prepared as always by our team of chefs.

Mission Titel - Germany vs Portugal - EURO 2012 Game 1

Join us on JUNE 9TH to watch the first game of the German National Team at the EURO 2012. We'll open the Rathskeller@ the BSV at 1pm for the game Netherlands vs Denmark and continue on to watch Germany play Portugal afterwards.

BEERFEST!!! (Oktoberfest in June) - June 16th and 17th

Our Beerfest (Oktoberfest in June) is being held on June 16th and 17th!

Join us for our Oktoberfest in June, with different German beers, fare and vendors. Games for kids and a large meadow to sit and enjoy the music by The Adler.

Beerfest wil lbe held rain or shine, we have 500 seats under the roof of the Pavillion!

Our annual German Beerfest (Oktoberfest in June) will be celebrated on June 16th and 17th!

The Oktoberfest will be held on September 8th and 9th!

Rathskeller Hours

The Rathskeller is open during the week on Tuesday and Thursday evenings starting the second week in September. It will also be open on selected Friday evenings.
