2024 Ticket Information
Oktoberfest will now be entirely pre-ticketed and tickets will no longer be available for purchase at the gates on the day of the event. We will also be capping the number of tickets available for pre-sale for each day of the event and expect it to sell out.
We have been thrilled with the increasing demand for our annual Oktoberfest, but in recent years the crowds have grown to a level that we feel we can no longer accommodate. By limiting the number of visitors on our grounds for each day of the event, we can ensure a better experience for our guests, vendors, and volunteers.
Ticket Info and Pricing:

BSV members receive one complimentary ticket for each day of Oktoberfest and can also purchase up to five additional discounted tickets for guests

Early Bird Tickets ($10) - limited to 500 per day, available until July 31st or until supplies last

General Admission Pre-Sale Tickets ($12.50) - available until August 31st (or until supplies last)

Last Minute Tickets ($15) - beginning September 1st, any remaining ticket inventory will be available for sale at $15 per guest
All ticket sales are final and refunds will not be issued. Tickets are non-transferable. Oktoberfest will be held rain or shine.
2026 Ticket Information
Tickets for the 2026 Oktoberfest will go on sale July 1st 2026.
Oktoberfest is a completely pre-ticketed event. Tickets will not be available for purchase at the gates. All guests (over the age of 16) require a ticket for entry. We expect 2026 to sell out again, so secure your tickets early!

New in 2026: We are kicking off our Oktoberfest festivities on Friday evening with a performance by Pech & Schwefel, an Oktoberfest band all the way from Austria!!! Not all beer and food options will be available on Friday, see below for details. Join the party underneath the Pavilion and in the Biergarten on Friday!

General Admission Ticket Cost: $7 for Friday, $15 for Saturday, $10 for Sunday

Saturday Evening-Only Tickets ($7) - Discounted ticket option for guests who will only be attending Oktoberfest during the evening (after 5PM) on Saturday. Ticket valid only beginning at 5pm on Saturday.

BSV members receive one complimentary ticket each for Saturday and Sunday of Oktoberfest and can also purchase up to five additional discounted tickets for guests. BSV members can purchase a reduced priced ticket for Friday for themselves and one guest in a special pre-sale.
Children 16 and younger do not require a ticket for entry. Dogs and other pets are not permitted on the BSV grounds, service animals only. No outside food or drink permitted on the grounds.
All ticket sales are final. Tickets are also non-transferable. Oktoberfest will be held rain or shine.

Live Entertainment
New for 2026! All the way from Austria, we will be welcoming Pech & Schwefel to the main stage underneath the Pavilion. They will be performing an exclusive set on Friday night for our 2026 Oktoberfest Kick-Off Party!, and will start off our Oktoberfest Saturday from 1pm and play until about 4.30pm. They will also be closing out our Oktoberfest 2026 festivities on Sunday from about 3.30pm until close.
We wouldn't do Oktoberfest at the BSV without them, and they are back in 2026! Die Lustigen Almdudler will be performing on the main Pavilion stage on Saturday from about 5.30pm until close, and Sunday from 12.30pm until about 2.30pm.
The BSV Sängerchor will be performing a selection of German folk songs under the Pavilion on Sunday from 12:00-12.20pm.

Parking and Transportation
Parking Info - Friday
Parking is available on the grounds at the BSV only on Friday, including the volunteer/staff parking lot and parts of the Handicap parking area marked out on the map below. Parking lots open at 5.30pm! (Some parking spots will stay reserved for vehicles with handicap placards.) No overflow parking lots and shuttle busses are available on Friday!
Utilizing ride share apps is also strongly recommended for local guests to help us limit the number of vehicles on our grounds. There is a drop off area immediately within our main entrance for Lyft and Uber riders.
Parking Info - Saturday & Sunday
Parking is available on the grounds at the BSV, but space is limited. Historically those lots have initially filled up by ~2pm each day of Oktoberfest. The parking lots on the grounds open at 11.30am!
In the event that our main lots are full upon your arrival, you will be directed to one of the overflow parking areas. Overflow parking is available at:

Shuttle service is provided from all of these locations and shuttles will run continuously throughout both days of the event. Typically the wait at each location is a maximum of 10-15 minutes.
Handicap parking is available for guests with valid handicap placards in the lot adjacent to the main BSV clubhouse. Please have your placard prominently displayed prior to your arrival so that our staff can direct you accordingly.

Important note: Please do not park on Route 109, on any of our neighboring streets, or at any local businesses (including Bubbling Brook). The Walpole Police Department will be on site and enforcing any infractions. Guests parking in these locations are subject to ticketing or potentially towing.
Check-in Info - All Days
Once on the grounds of the BSV, please proceed to one of the two check in tents, located next to the main building or next to the playground on the meadow (see Event Map below). Please bring your printed ticket with you, or have the QR code on your mobile ready. You will receive your wristband at the check in tent.
If you purchased several tickets, but are not checking in together, please let the check-in crew know. Please also advise any people of your group arriving later to use the purchaser's name to check in.
