Please be advised of the following parking guidelines for the event:
-
The main entrance to the BSV's grounds is located on Route 109. You can utilize the following address for your GPS: 8 County Street, Walpole, MA 02081.
-
Upon arriving, please adhere to the directions of our volunteer parking staff. They will assist in checking in you in for the event and directing you to the currently available parking areas.
-
The parking on our grounds is limited and typically reaches capacity in the early afternoon. If our main parking lots are at capacity when you arrive, you will be directed to park in our overflow parking areas at the Next Generation Children's Center or on North Street.
-
Once our on-site parking reaches capacity, shuttle busses will begin running through the remainder of the event between the Next Generation Children's Center, North St. and our main grounds. There is typically only a 5-10 minute wait between each shuttle. For your own safety, please wait for the shuttles and avoid walking on Route 109.
-
Important: if the parking on our grounds is at capacity, please do not park on Route 109 or in the adjacent neighborhoods or businesses. The Walpole Police Department will be on hand and violators are subject to ticketing or towing.
-
Handicapped parking is available adjacent to our main clubhouse for attendees who have officially issued disability plates or placards. Please make sure your credentials are clearly displayed upon arriving so that our staff can properly assist you.
-
We highly recommend that our local guests utilize ride sharing apps in order to help us cut down on the number of vehicles on our premises. There is a dedicated rideshare drop off area just inside our main entrance.
-
Finally, please note that dogs or other pets are not allowed on our grounds. Only certified service animals with proper identification will be permitted.
